Can I book a car rental for someone else?
You can sign the contract to rent for relatives or friends. Depending on the case, you will be required to add some appropriate documents to the name of the car rental contract.
What should I pay attention to when receiving the car?
• Check the vehicle’s documents carefully to see if they are still valid or not.
• Bring all documents, especially Driver’s License and Identity Card.
• Carefully read the car handover record and check the whole car, for any scratches, actual gas lines when handing over

What does the car rental price include, are there any additional fees to note?
Car rental price will be calculated by the combination of day and hour. If you return the vehicle later than the agreed time, there will be an additional charge based on the number of hours overdue or the number of kilometers exceeded, on a case-by-case basis. The price of car rental on holidays or weekends will be higher than weekdays.
What is the form of payment?
Payment by wire transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

• If you cancel your booking before the time of making the car rental contract: You will not have to pay any penalty fees (not applicable for car rental during holidays, Tet, …).
• If you cancel your booking during the time of the car rental contract: You will have to pay the cost based on the amount specified in the contract.
